How To Order:

1. Select one of the categories on the toolbar on the left-hand side of your screen.
2. Find the learning tool that you would like to access and refer to the applicable CyberLearning Key on the right-hand column of your screen. Repeat this step as often as necessary if you are accessing multiple learning tools.
3. If you are an enduser, please call your AccountMate Business Partner to place your order for the CyberLearning Key(s).
4. If you are an AccountMate Business Partner, please call AccountMate Customer Service at 800-877-8896 x352 to place your order for the CyberLearning Key(s).

System Requirements:

Microsoft's Internet Explorer 5.0 or above is required to run this section of the website. The pages are best viewed with a screen resolution of at least 800x600. For AM7.1 Traning Courses, the pages are best viewed with a screen resolution of at least 1024x768.

If you will be running the self-paced training courses today, a screen resolution of 1024x768 is recommended. In addition, Microsoft's Media Player 6.4 or above is required. Most of these self-paced training courses come with audio, so your computer should be equipped with a sound card connected to either speakers or a headphone.

Windows Media Player 9 users!!! In the new release of Windows Media Player (version 9), Microsoft has left out some Codec (a coder-decoder of media files is used to make their size smaller while allowing it to be played in various platforms) files intentionally for the purpose that only a few are using them. One of the codecs that was left out is the TechSmith Codec (AVI format) that AccountMate used in its audio-video product training materials.

If your computer is missing the TechSmith AVI Codec, you will hear the audio and not see the video. Click on the link below to install the necessary ActiveX control on your computer to see the video.
