Instructions for Downloading Payroll Subscription Program Updates

Welcome! You have accessed our help screen. Here we provide step-by-step instructions on how to download the Payroll Subscription Program Updates. You may either print out this set of instructions or use this in conjunction with the system while you are working with it.

  1. Enter the Customer Number, Invoice Number and End user Support Number on the form provided and click Continue. If one of the information entered on the form is inaccurate, the system will not allow you to go to the download page.
  2. In the Download page, you will see a list of Payroll Update items. Note that the Download button under the Download Option column is only available if the corresponding item was purchased with the Invoice # you have indicated.

    After you click the Download  button, a "File Download" window will appear. Select the option "Save this file to disk". Click the OK button to download the file to your computer. 

    You may also click View under the ReadMe File column to read instructions on how to install the downloaded files.
