Tamlin Software finalizes the acquisition of three Los Angeles based software companies

Dallas, Texas: Tamlin Software Developers, Inc.,
a leading provider of manufacturing and accounting software, has acquired the assets of three Los Angeles-area software companies: Charterhouse Software Corporation, Albany Business Systems and TaskMan Industrial Consulting. All three companies have been providing financial and accounting software solutions throughout the United States for over 20 years. Like Tamlin Software, Charterhouse Software and Albany Systems are Elite Resellers for AccountMate Software. In addition, Tamlin has acquired the Levinson Lyon software developed by Charterhouse.
Peter Kuhne of Charterhouse, John Kane of Albany Systems, and Keith Webber of TaskMan are all joining Tamlin and will be working out of a new office in Glendale, CA. John Kane has been named as the Chief Operating Officer of the LA area. His 20 plus years of industry experience, keen customer focus, and organizational skills will allow for a smooth transition and orderly growth.

Current clients of the three acquired companies will see little change in how they transact business with the much larger combined organization, but they will benefit from a greatly increased staff of support and development personnel. Additionally, the combined company will offer a greater number of targeted software solutions that will increase the productivity and efficiencies of their operations.
