Overview:

This Contract Pricing add-on allows you to maintain and use pricing tables specific to each customer. Select items for Sales Orders or invoices from these tables or the complete item table. Tracks customer specific price and price expiration dates -- contract pricing -- and includes reports.

Contract Pricing: Tracks customer specific price and price expiration dates.

Customer specific item pricing is automatically maintained during the creation of a sales order or invoice. A new price input during sales order will create a new item price record for the customer and automatically expire the prior price. Items never ordered before can also be added to the price file.

Customer specific prices can also be maintained through a maintenance menu item.

The item look-up that is available in sales order creation has been enhanced to search through the customer's specific item file or, if desired, the entire inventory file.

Customer's Effective Price List, Prices About to Expire and Item Price History reports are included.

Checks for resale number in the customer file and makes all invoice line items non-taxable if resale number is present in the customer file. All functions work the create invoice transactions as well for installation without order entry.

All installation processes are automated into one setup program.
