DocuFire Server is a multi-user document management and communication system designed to automate all aspects of AccountMate customer and vendor communications. With DocuFire Server, all your Invoices, Customer Statements, Sales Quotes, Sales Orders, Purchase Orders and Direct Marketing documents can be faxed or emailed by PDF (and/or printed) right from your desktop, saving you thousands of dollars in postage and mailing costs. All without re-keying any data.

DocuFire can be installed as either a standalone Workstation, or multiple DocuFire Workstations can be fully networked to a central DocuFire Server.

DocuFire Workstations include everything a user needs to generate and send documents out by fax, email or print, direct from their PC workstation, including a standalone version of DocuFire Server


For multi-user installations, a separate DocuFire Server provides centralized document processing and communications for all DocuFire Workstations. With the DocuFire Server running on the network, installed Workstations automatically connect to the central server, making the interaction seamless.
