NexPRStub can show the Current Year Hrs Eligible as either "awarded" or "calculated using an annualized accrual method". AccountMate’s default behavior is "Awarded", which gives employees beginning amounts of benefit time at the start of the pay year. With the "Accrued" option, earned benefit time is awarded throughout the year. For example, if an employee would earn a total of 80 hours of vacation time annually, the July 1 stub would show only 40 hours eligible for the current year.
