The Create/Reset Password Section has been specifically designed so that you can create/reset your existing account password and regain access to the latest password protected sections of the AccountMate website. After completing the process, the system will reset your password, generate a temporary password for your account, and send you an email containing the temporary password.
In order for us to create/reset your password, please enter your BP #/Support ID, Company Name, Username and a valid Email Address where we can send the password. For security purposes, we require that you enter an email address that exists in your record with us.
- If you do not remember your Support ID, you can find it in the "About AccountMate" window (under the Help Menu) of your licensed AccountMate system.
- Make sure to input your company name exactly the way it was registered with AccountMate. You can find the registered company name in the "About AccountMate" window (under the Help Menu) of your licensed AccountMate system.
- If you are the primary user of the account, the Username is the username you previously created using the New User Registration feature. If you are a secondary user, the Username is the username provided to you by the primary user after you were added to the account.
