David Dierke 

President and Chief Executive Officer
AccountMate Software Corporation

David Dierke is President and CEO (Chief Executive Officer) of AccountMate Software Corporation. When AccountMate was under the former Softline ownership, Mr. Dierke was Executive Vice President of Sales at AccountMate after being recruited from its sister-company BusinessVision. He provided keen guidance in the development of both these companies’ sales models.

Prior to joining Softline, Mr. Dierke held the position of Executive Vice President of Sales with SBT Accounting Systems. Dierke was recruited by SBT in 1997 to improve sales and channel program development. During his tenure, SBT’s sales revenue grew by 54%; he was recognized on numerous occasions by the SBT Business Partners for Outstanding Achievement within channel program development.

Mr. Dierke previously worked as Director of Dealer Sales for the Americas at AutoDesk Inc.

David Render

Chief Operating Officer
AccountMate Software Corporation

David Render has been the Chief Operating Officer at AccountMate Software Corporation since 2001. His responsibilities include management of operations, marketing and information technology.

Mr. Render has over 30 years’ experience in software sales and management. He started his career with IBM and was also the Vice-President of Sales at SBT Accounting Systems until it was acquired by Sage Software. He has developed reseller channels for accounting and CAD software and has spoken at computer industry events.

Tommy Tan

Chief Technology Officer
AccountMate Software Corporation

Tommy Tan is CTO (Chief Technology Officer) at AccountMate Software Corporation. Since joining AccountMate in 1989, Mr. Tan has played a pivotal role in the development of the flagship AccountMate product, with involvement in every step of the R&D process – from research to design to code to test to management. During his long tenure at AccountMate, Mr. Tan has defined many programming standards for the company’s development team, thus making AccountMate source code the most readable and modifiable in the industry.

Mr. Tan’s quiet leadership, dedication and constant steering of software enhancements for easier modification defines the success of AccountMate’s source code product, earning it multiple industry awards, including Accounting Today’s Top 100 Products, 4 ½ Stars in the CPA Software News 2003 mid-market accounting survey, and an impressive #2 ranking by Accounting Software Advisor in a survey of the leading mid-market accounting software packages.

Donna DeRosa

Vice President, Marketing
AccountMate Software Corporation

Donna DeRosa is AccountMate’s Vice President of Marketing. She is responsible for the marketing strategy, managing marketing activities, product management, vertical solution partnerships and press relations. In conjunction with the Chief Technology Officer, Ms. DeRosa develops product strategy for new products. She oversees product development objectives and scheduling for all phases of product release cycles.

Previous to her employment with AccountMate, Ms. DeRosa worked at Autodesk Inc. for eight years, where she headed up the Operations Division Quality Programs group and directed the ISO 9002 (production, manufacturing, and customer servicing) initial certification process.

Ms. DeRosa has over a decade of experience in Product Management, at high-tech companies such as CCH/Knowledgepoint and SBT Accounting Systems (acquired by Sage ACCPAC in 2000), where she was responsible for managing enterprise client server accounting software applications.

Bill Bailey

Director of Sales
AccountMate Software Corporation

Bill Bailey is the Director of Sales at AccountMate Software Corporation. His primary responsibilities are to manage the Worldwide Sales and AccountMate Solution Provider channel programs. He does this by monitoring the sales process and managing sales cycle activities.

Regional Business Development Managers report to Mr. Bailey to assure consistent handling of policies, procedures and pricing models. This assures that AccountMate Solution Providers are treated equitably across all regions.

Bill is dedicated to providing the level of service necessary to achieve a high level of satisfaction both to AccountMate business partners and their customers.

Bill has been with AccountMate since 1999.

Charles Ocat

Director of Technical Services
AccountMate Software Corporation

As Director of Technical Services, Charles Ocat brings over two decades of experience in the Information Technology and Software Development industry. Prior to joining AccountMate in 2000, he spent 14 years managing a department responsible for developing and implementing software for a mid-sized retail chain. He also ran his own IT company specializing in customized software development for three years. Charles joined AccountMate as a Senior Applications Consultant doing QA, technical support, implementation support, feature specifications and development project coordination. He was appointed to his current position in December of 2005.

Charles and his teams work directly with both our Solution Providers and their customers around the world to resolve any technical and software functionality issues, as well as providing expertise in product documentation, quality assurance testing and professional services. Charles is dedicated to providing world-class technical support and services, as well as helping clients maximize their use of the AccountMate software in their business for a more competitive edge.

Guy Hodgdon

Manager of Professional Services Group
AccountMate Software Corporation

Since graduating from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University with an A.A in Aeronautical Studies and B.A in Computer Science, Guy has dedicated himself to the pursuit of excellence in the areas of software consulting, system integration and software development. From 1988 – 1990, Guy honed his programming skills as a senior programmer, as well as fulfilling all MIS functions for highly acclaimed financial information software vendor AccountMate Software. He went on to co-found MKT Software Designs in 1990 until he joined Tamlin Software Developers in 2006. As their Chief Technology Officer, Guy oversaw the development and support departments to ensure high-quality design of add-on products, first-rate custom programming and software modifications, and responsive, effective technical support for their clients.

Now back working as the Manager of AccountMate’s Professional Services Group (PSG), Guy works closely with clients to learn about their business, find solutions and determining the best way to integrate their software systems so that their business runs at peak efficiency. His modification background is extremely valuable in providing the solutions that clients, AccountMate Solution Providers and vertical partners expect.

Outside of work, Guy is an avid skier teaching children to ski, on the ice, casting his fly fishing pole for a big brown, or tending his garden.
